Register your business today and reach students, alumni, and fans within Acadiana at this year's block party on Monday, September 26, from 10 am to 2 pm. The block party is located between McKinley Street and Taft Street, in front of the UL Lafayette Alumni Center.
Details for your organization/business:
- $75 registration fee for all organizations/businesses
- $50 registration fee for nonprofits
- One 6 ft. table will be provided to each registered organization. Additional tables must be provided by the organization.
- Vendors that require power must note needs in registration
- Vendors must provide their own extension cord of at least 100 ft. (if needed)
- Tents 10x10 ft. or smaller are allowed
- Parking for all vehicles with the exception of OFFICIAL radio station vehicles must park in the parking lot located behind the Alumni Center. Please limit one vehicle per vendor.
- Setup time will be 8 a.m. and must be broken down by 4 p.m.
Spaces are reserved after registration and payment are received and the organization is reviewed and approved by the University. After registered organizations are approved to participate, each will receive a confirmation email on check-in/out setup guidelines and parking information. In the event that an organization is not approved by the University, a full refund will be granted to that organization. Organizations that would like to waive the online fee may fill out this form and mail to the UL Lafayette Alumni Association.
Registration deadline is September 23, 2022, by 12:30 p.m. No reservations will be taken after this date.
In the event of cancellation due weather, refunds will be issued.
